Experience

Ms. Horinek serves as an attorney of counsel for the DeBee Gilchrist Aviation Group. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of aircraft and aviation law which includes title, purchase, sale, finance, lease and registration of aircraft falling under the purview of the U.S. Transportation Code, the FAA Regulations, and the Cape Town Convention, Aircraft Equipment Protocol. She has represented many regional, national and international aviation entities.

Prior to her association with DeBee Gilchrist, Ms. Horinek served as an attorney with another law firm in Oklahoma City, and her practice there included aircraft and aviation law along with the areas of probate and estate, trust, guardianship and real estate title representing individual and corporate clients.
