Experience

Mr. Beatty joined DeBee Gilchrist as an attorney upon graduation from law school. Mr. Beatty practices in our Aviation Group focusing in the areas of aircraft and aviation law which includes title, purchase, sale, finance, lease and registration of aircraft falling under the purview of the U.S. Transportation Code, the FAA Regulations, and the Cape Town Convention, Aircraft Equipment Protocol.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Beatty served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Field Artillery and courageously participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. While in law school, Mr. Beatty was a member of the Order of Barristers, Phi Delta Phi and the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.
