Experience
Mr. Peterson's practice encompasses tax and business planning for closely held businesses, trusts and individuals, estate and gift tax planning, business valuation and representation of taxpayers with the Internal Revenue Service and Oklahoma Tax Commission on a variety of tax issues.
Mr. Peterson's experience includes formation of business entities, structuring business acquisitions and developing comprehensive estate and asset protection plans. He also provides ongoing representation to business clients on a wide range of issues.
Mr. Peterson has obtained the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and regularly values closely held businesses in connection with various transactions, including estate planning, shareholder agreements and divorce proceedings.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Peterson worked as a Certified Public Accountant.
